Inger: I’m a gal with deep Norwegian roots. Norwegians love cheese. I love cheese. My passion for cheese led me to start a food truck. My restored 1956 Ford panel truck brings artisan cheeses to wine tasting rooms and events throughout the Northwest! My soul is fed by faith, family, cooking, entertaining and sewing. I love making quilts, reading in the sunshine, baking fresh bread and time with girlfriends!
